2. NTD Records is illegally holding up over 50 of my recorded masters and is also
illegally assuming publishing rights & copyrights. 
I encourage any company accepting music written by 
Melissa Dori Dye from NTD Records not to engage in any business concerning these songs 
because I hold valid copyrights and a legal contract on ALL of the songs. 
He is trying to outright deny me my legal contractual rights and assume 100% ownership of these songs. 
Please do not trust this person and make the mistake of taking his "word" 
of ownership without seeing legal contractual proof. 
Again, I hold copyrights and a contract and I will be going to the FBI to ask
that an investigation be launched concerning these activities. 

He has threatened my life and attacked me already to steal ongs from me, damage my reputation and terrorize me. 
NTD Records has also illegally published some of these songs already. 
Anyone who has made business deals thru NTD Records concerning material
written by me should remove these songs from rotation asap.

4. In the event of my unforseen death I do not give permission for ANY
 of my songs to be reproduced whatsoever nor do I give permission for ANY 
of my copyrights to be sold by anyone, including family and relatives. I am currently unsigned, unrepresented and I am terrified
 they are going to bring harm to me to take over all of my art.
